  • Facilitate an environment of coordination, collaboration and good communication with government authorities and non-government organization to take full support required for the project and optimum benefit to communities.
  • Gender transformative approaches (GTA) that create opportunities for all individuals especially (marginalized women and children and violence affected survivors’ groups) and actively challenge gender norms, promote positions of social and political influence for women / girls in communities, and address power inequities between different genders.
